锗声光调制器内热特性研究

摘    要:利用锗单晶作为声光互作用介质,研制出了用于CO2激光器的声光开关器。主要讨论和分析了锗光光器件中出现的光吸收现象及其与温度的关系,尤其是器损耗所引起的热源。还讨论了在恒定光功率时具有不同电阻率的锗材料的吸收系数和温度的关系,以及不同光功率时的吸收光功率与温度的关系。

Abstract:With Ge signle crystal as a media for acousto optic mutual action,an acousto optic switch device for CO 2 laser has been developed.Light absorption phenomena appeared in Ge acousto optic device and its relation with temperature especially the heat source caused by transducer loss are discussed in the paper.The relation between the absorption coefficient of Ge with different resistivity values and temperature under the constant light power and the relation between the absorption light power of Ge and temperature under the different light powers are also discussed.
