变容二极管频率变换作用的数学分析

摘    要:变容二极管是一种非线性器件.给出其结电容随外电压变化规律的数学式,并在此基础上用幂级数分析了在小信号电压源和小信号电流源两种激励方式下变容二极管的伏库特性.从数学上证明了变容二极管非线性电容特性的频率变换作用及其在线性电路与参变电容电路间的内在联系.

Abstract:Varactor diode is nonlinear apparatus.Its variation of capacitance withapplied voltage is discussed and the relative formulas are given. Varactor'S characteristicsunder e-citation from small signal voltage and small signal current is analyzed by powerseries.Mathematically demonstrates the frequency conversion effect based on its nonlinearcapacity and the its interrelation between linear circuit and equivalent variable capacitycircuit.
