| 摘 要： | 在民用住宅砖混结构中通过现浇混凝土现浇板与预制空心板的对比，指出了现5浇混凝土板种种优点和采用预制空心板在结构上和使用上的诸多弊端。同时提出现浇混凝土板可做外悬，为复合保温墙体创造了有利条件，确保了国家对住宅建筑节能的要求。

| Abstract: | Through the comparison of cast in place concrete plate and precast hollow plate the advantages of cast in place concrete plate and the disadvantages of using precast hollow plate are pointed out. At the same time author point out that the cast in place concrete plate can be overhung and create favorable conditions for composite insulation wall to meet the demands of building energy conservation. |
