振动流化床浸没水平管局部传热特性的研究

摘    要:对振动流化床水平换热管的局部传热系数进行了实验研究,结果表明,水平换热管局部传热系数受流化气速、振动频率及振幅的影响。通气与不通气两种情况下,振动对局部传热系数的影响表现出不同的规律。振动流化床水平换热管的传热系数随颗粒粒径的增大而减小。

Abstract:Local heat transfer coefficients of horizontal tube in an aerated vibro fluidized bed were investigated experimentally. The results show that the local heat transfer coefficients vary along the circumference of tube and change with vibration frequencies and amplitudes,and gas velocities as well.For aerated bed,the vibration affects the heat transfer coefficients significantly at the downstream of tube.For non aerated bed,however,the vibration enhances the heat transfer coefficients obviously on the left or right side of tube.It is also found that the local heat transfer coefficients of horizontal tube exhibit a general tendency to increase with decreasing particle size.
