全混流浸出钒渣焙烧熟料实验研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下,研究了全混流浸出工艺中液固比、浸泡时间、浸出温度、搅拌强度及部分交互条件对浸出效果的影响。结果表明:控制液固比为3、浸出时间30min以上、操作温度80℃以上、搅拌转速30rpm,可保证浸出率在97.5%以上。

Abstract:Under experimental condition, the effects of liquid to solid ratio, leach time, leach temperature, stirring intensity and partially interactive condition to leaching results were studied. Results showed that by controlling the liquid to solid ratio=3, leach time over 30min, operation temperature above 80, stirring revolit 30 r.p.m, he leaching rate can be assured of more than 95%.
