摘    要:简述了无水冷滑轨加热炉具有钢坯加热质量高和对钢坯传热强度大的两大显著优点。新一代无水冷滑轨技术提高了基墙的稳定性,底部拱形结构可使气流分布合理,并提高耐磨性。通过测试比较,该炉种运行安全可靠,节能效果好,员工劳动强度低,技术值得推广。

Abstract:The paper introduced two significant advantages of non - water cooling slide rail furnaces as high quality heating and high intensity heat - transferring for steel slab. The new generation non - water cooling slide rail technology improved the stability of the foundation wall, and the bottom arch structure brought reasonable distribution for airflow. The abrasion resistance was improved. The technical tests proved that the furnace is safe and reliable in operation, provides good performance in energy - saving, and could remarkably reduce labor strength of employees. It is worth promoting the technology.
