偶联剂用量对PVC/改性粉煤灰材料热稳定性的影响

摘    要:考察了在不同温度下偶联剂用量对PVC/改性粉煤灰材料初期、长期热稳定性的影响。结果表明:①在温度较低(160、180℃)时,随着偶联剂用量的增加,试样的初期、长期热稳定性明显增加;②当温度较高(200℃)时,偶联剂对试样初期、长期热稳定性几乎没有影响。

Abstract:Influences of coupling agent dosages on the early and long-term thermal stability of PVC/modified fly ash materials at different temperature were investigated. The results showed that: (1) at low temperature (160℃, 180 ℃ ), the early and long-term thermal stability of samples increased obviously with the increase of coupling agent dosages; (2) at high temperature (200 ℃), the influences of coupling agent on the early and long-term thermal stability of samples were little.
