转炉扭力杆初始缺陷的有限元仿真分析

摘    要:针对某钢厂转炉扭力杆芯部存在的初始缺陷问题,利用三维有限元软件,对初始缺陷进行仿真,计算了额定力矩和事故两种不同状态下,不同当量初始缺陷下的机械应力,提取了不同情形下的应力强度因子。结果表明:额定力矩状态下,扭力杆的使用是安全的;事故状态下,初始缺陷导致扭力杆的安全使用具有一定的危险性。

Abstract:Aimed at the initial flaw problem of place that inner of converter loop torsion bar in a factory ,the initial flaw was simutated by the FEM. Under the rated moment and accident condtion,the stree was calculated in different initial flaw equivalent. Then the stress intensity factor was extacted. The analysis results show that the torsion bar was security in the rated moment condition, but the initial flaw cause the risk in the accident condition.
