硫酸锌溶液锑净液技术工业试验

摘    要:为了消除砷净液技术的安全隐患,决定用锑净液取代砷净液。考虑到锑净液是成熟技术,直接进行了硫酸锌溶液锑净液技术工业试验研究。试验结果表明,使用锑净液技术,溶液中杂质含量符合净化标准,满足锌电解过程的需要。

Abstract:To eliminate hidden danger of safety for arsenic purification,it is decided to substitute arsenic purification with antimony purification.In consideration of antimony purification being feasible technology,industry experiment for antimony purification technology of zinc sulphate solution was directly carried out.Experimental results indicated that impurities content in solution accord with the purification standard and satisfyingly needs for zinc electrowinning by using antimony purification technology.
