摘    要:以环糊精为壁材,芦荟蒽醌类化合物为芯材制备微胶囊,探讨了反应温度、核壳比、反应时间对微胶囊包合率的影响.对产物进行了电镜扫描和红外分析,并将其整理到棉织物上,测试了其抗菌性、抗紫外性.制备微胶囊的最佳工艺:核壳比1∶5,45℃,2.0h,乳化剂Span60 2 g/L和转速900 r/min.整理后织物具有良好的抗菌、抗紫外性能.

Abstract:Microcapsule was prepared using β-cyclodextrins as wall-material,alontic anthraquinone compound as core-material.The influences of reaction temperature,core-shell ratio and reaction time on retention rate of microcapsule were discussed.The product was analyzed by scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrum,and was finished onto cotton fabrics.The anti-bacteria and anti-ultraviolet properties were tested.The optimal microcapsule preparation process was: core-shell ratio 1∶5,reaction temperature 45 ℃,reaction time 2.0 h,and Span60 2 g/L and rotate speed 900 r/min.The finished cotton fabric had good anti-bacterial and anti-UV performances.
