穿孔机后台新型顶杆脱出装置的设计及应用

摘    要:顶杆脱出装置是穿孔机后台顶杆循环系统中的关键设备,它的功能是将顶杆从毛管中脱出。介绍一种新型顶杆脱出装置的设备组成、结构设计、驱动电机功率计算及工程应用。经理论分析和工程实践验证,该脱出装置具有效率高、结构强度好、操作灵活等特点,完全能够满足后台配备顶杆循环系统的快节奏、高产能穿孔机组的要求。

Abstract:The mandrel ejection device is important equipment in the mandrel circulatory system of the piercing mill back table,and its function is to eject mandrel from the capillary tube.This paper describes the composition,structure design,driving motor power calculation and engineering application.Through theoretical analysis and engineering practice,the ejection device characteristics include high efficiency,well enough structural strength,flexibility of operation.It is fully able to meet the high rhythm,high capacity,high-quality requirement of the piercing mill.
