| 摘 要： | 利用Java语言所提供的轻量级图形用户界面开发工具包Swing，设计开发一个用于处理网络流量及费用的工具软件，通过构建一个结构化的操作界面，可以使得网络流量费用的统计、账单的递送和账务的查询真正实现自动化。 |

| Abstract: | The software of network flows and account processing is designed and developed by graphics development kit of lightweight components of Swing which is provided by Java. By constructing a structural operation panel, automation of the cost statistic of network flows,tab sent and account query can be achieved automatically . |
