金属磁记忆检测技术在热处理工艺评定中的应用

摘    要:采用磁记忆检测技术研究了某热处理工艺的去应力效果。通过大量实验,获取的热处理前、后焊缝漏磁场数据显示,该热处理工艺具有良好的去应力效果,达到其设计目标。同时实验也证明金属磁记忆检测技术能有效监测焊缝内部应力分布状况,可对该热处理工艺进行评价。

Abstract:The application of metal magnetic memory testing was described.It was shown that the technology did well in reducing the stress of weld and that the designed aim was finished by the data of magnetic flux leakage, gained before and after the heat treatment of weld.It was also proved that metal magnetic memory technology could monitor well the stress condition of weld.It is possible to evaluate a heat treatment technology,designed by some pressure vessel manufacturers.
