油气管道TPD预警系统信号调理器的设计

摘    要:固定安装在油气管道表面的振动传感器,检测出的信号强度不一、极容易造成频率混叠及央带高频噪声。针对此情况,本文介绍了管道TPD(Third-party damage,TPD,管道第三方破坏)预警系统信号调理器的设计方法。为了保证在信号A/D转换前具有合适的较高价值的信号,对信号进行滤波、程控放大等前置调理。为了使信号满足信号采集系统的输入要求,对信号进行极性转换、限幅。信号调理器各项参数灵活可调。经实验证明,该信号调理器能够很好的实现信号调理。

Abstract:The output signal from vibration sensor, which was fixed on the pipeline surface, may be strong or weak, and it is easy to be mixed and carry high frequency noise. Focuses on this situation, this paper introduces a method to design a signal conditioner for TPD (Third party damage) preventive detection system. To make sure the signal is suitable for the data acquisition and processing system, this paper designed the filter circuit, the programmable amplifying circuit, the polarity transform circuit and the voltage amplitude limits circuit. It is flexible to change the parameter of this conditioning. Practical tests demonstrated the conditioner can realize signal conditioning well.
