| 摘 要： | 现代制造业面临小批量、个性化的生产方式,这要求PDM具有迅速配置产品的能力.为此,文章提出基于配置的产品模型和零部件族的概念、利用知识库和规则库实现产品配置的方法.重点论述了两阶段搜索与简单匹配的配置过程,其特点是减少数据库中存储的大量事实信息,通过知识库、产品配置规则作用从而在产品模型的基础上实现产品的最终BOM(材料明细表).

| Abstract: | The modem manufacture industry faces the small and characteristic mode of production, which needs PDM to configure product quickly. This paper puts forward the model based on product configuration, the conception of part and component and the way of product configuration by knowledge and rule in database. Two stage search and sample match are emphasized in the paper, Then the final BOM is created on base of product model by knowledge and rule base which may decrease plenty of redundant information in database. |
