皮革智能排样系统的开发

摘    要:随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机智能技术也逐渐的被用到皮革生产的排样系统中。介绍了皮革智能排样系统的核心功能模块及其实现。提出了一种新的算法,来处理在不规则和有瑕疵的母板中对不规则形状的样片进行排样的问题。涉及了图形离散化算法、最优匹配算法和碰撞检测算法,并且给出了最终的排样效果图。

Abstract:As the computer technology drastically developing, intelligent technology has gradually been applied in the field of leather nesting. This paper has introduced the core function module of an intelligent leather nesting system and the way to realize it, by which the problem that nesting irregular-shape stencils in irregular-shape sheets can be solved. Contour-discretization algorithm, best- matching algorithm and collision-detection algorithm have been involved. At last, the final nesting result is showed.
