Testing Methods of Silk Printing Thickeners

Ten scientific testing methods for assessing the performance of printing thickeners are presented on the basis of investigating the performance of thickeners and the indices of assessment. The testing methods revealing the aetual performance of thickeners have been adopted by the thickener coordination groups of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Details of the methods are described in this paper.
