摘    要:制备了一种含磁性羟基铁的玻璃纤维布增强酞菁复合材料,研究了羟基铁含量对复合材料的弯曲性能、吸水性和耐酸碱腐蚀性能及微波吸收性能的影响。结果表明,随着羟基铁含量的增加,复合材料板的弯曲性能呈现先减小后增加的趋势;复合材料具有较好的耐水性和耐碱性;随着羟基铁含量的增加,复合材料的电磁波吸收峰值增强,有效吸收带宽增大并出现双吸收峰,当羟基铁质量分数为50%时,最大反射损耗达到-21.71dB。

Abstract:A kind of glass fiber reinforced phthalocyanine laminated compostie containing magnetic hydroxy-iron was prepared.The flexural properties,microwave absorbing properties,water absorption,acid and basic corrosion resistance were studied.The flexural strength and flexural modulus of composites containing hydroxy-iron powder were changed obviously,and the composites showed better water resistance and alkali resistance.The microwave absorption peak peak value increased with the increase of hydroxy-iron content,a...
