| 摘 要： | 本文重点分析、研究了目前常用的数字视频信号发生器提供的串行数字分量测试信号存在不能有效用于含信号格式转换的视频处理系统客观视频指标测量的根源，并在此基础上提出了解决问题的思路和实现的方法，以及制作出一种适用于高、标清电视上、下变换系统客观视频指标测量的测试信号图及其提供的测试信号。

| Abstract: | The paper studies problems about testing signals of HDTV and SDTV video format transfer system, and puts forward ideas of resolution.A new testing signal diagram of HDTV and SDTV video format transfer system has been made.The new diagram is useful for objective measurement of video format and video specification after format transferring, and subjective evaluation of picture quality. |
