摘    要:本文采用燃烧合成法和均相沉淀法制备了不同粒径的纳米晶Y2O3(Y2O3:Eu3 ),着重研究了燃烧合成法中各种因素(甘氨酸的用量、前驱体中的含水量、炉温等)对纳米晶Y2O3晶粒尺寸的影响.结果发现,波数位于563cm-1的Y(Eu)-O键的吸收峰校正高度和面积对于纳米尺寸的粉体材料随着颗粒的减小而减小;而对于同样材质的微米材料却相反.其原因是颗粒尺寸达到纳米量级时,表面缺陷增多,出现悬空键,使Y(Eu)-O键振动态的数目减少而致.

Abstract:In this paper,different grain size of nanocrystalline Y_2O_3(Y_2O_3:Eu~(3+)) had been prepared by glycine-nitrate solution combustion synthesis and the homogeneous precipitation technique.Influences of different factors,such as quantity of glycine,water of the precursor and temperature of the muffle,on the grain size of the nanocrystalline had been researched.Experimental results show that the correction height and the correction area of the absorption peak of the Y(Eu)-O bond at 563cm~(-1) increase with the increasing grain size of the nanocrystalline but decrease with increasing size when the grain size exceeds 100nm.It can be attributed to that the number of Y(Eu)-O bonds in vibrating-running states decrease as the surface defects increase and the hanging bonds occur when the grain size is within nano-scale.
