教学型弧焊机器人设计

摘    要:叙述教学型弧焊机器人设计的总体方案,以及其结构和控制系统的设计。采用SolidWorks绘图,设计了教学型弧焊机器人的结构,实现了三维运动仿真。采用微机控制技术,设计了教学型弧焊机器人控制系统。实现了对教学型弧焊机器人的控制,并把位置信息反馈给操作者实现人机交互的功能。

Abstract:Arc welding robot for assisted learning is a typical robot. An overall design is proposed in this paper, including the structure design and the control system. The structure of arc welding robot for assisted learning is given by CAD software Solid Works. The motion simulation can be achieved based on the CAD model. The control system of arc welding robot for assisted learning is designed by computer control technique. The control of arc welding robot for assisted learning can be implemented and the position information can be fed back to realize human-computer interaction.
