摘    要:在莱钢大型H型钢生产线的基础上,利用三维有限元方法,计算模拟了H型钢X—H轧制的全过程,得出了轧件各道次的变形情况,为将来的H型钢控制轧制、组织与性能的演变与预测、新产品开发与工艺设计等提供仿真基础。

3D Elastic-plastic Finite Element Analysis for X-H Rolling in H-beam

Abstract:This article, on the foundation of Laigang large-scale H-beam production line, with the 3D finite element simulation, has computed the entire X-H rolling process for H-beam, obtained the distortion of rolled pieces for each process, and the resuhs could be used as a simulation foundation for the Thermo-mechanical Control Process, the prediction of Microstructure, and new product development and technological design.
