| Abstract: | By analyzing the new properties of production & control in capecity, resources, lead time under the environment of supply chain management, a new production management organization mods based on multi agent is proposed. Information organization and decision model is also discussed. Based on these thoughts, a new production planning & control system mode is advanced, and methods of production control based on order flow and information tracking mechanism is studied. |
