智能型机车制动系统监测装置研究与设计

摘    要:应用计算机控制技术、现场总线技术及通讯技术,研究了机车制动系统实时监测装置的总体方案,设计了信号调理电路、下位机数据采集模块及上位机数据存储模块的硬件电路。实验结果表明,系统能够满足机车制动系统实时监测的要求。

Abstract:Through the application of the computer control technology,flied Bus technology and communication technology,the authors carried out researches on the overall scheme of the real-time monitoring device on the braking system of the locomotive,and designed hardware of the signal-dealing module circuit,monitoring-node module circuit and up-node module circuit.The experimental result showed the system can meet the requirements of monitoring on the braking system of the locomotive in real time.
