重载升降平台纯水液压驱动系统设计

摘    要:针对本升降平台重载、低速、高可靠性的要求,在对液压驱动系统功能分析的基础上设计了纯水液压驱动系统回路,包括水缸控制系统和泵站系统。系统采用进口节流式调速回路,对几种水缸速度控制回路进行了比较分析,依据水压阀的特性,确定了比例阀和普通节流阀两种调速方案,并对两种方案进行了仿真分析,验证了其速度平稳性及可靠性。结合本系统对纯水液压系统设计与使用过程中元件与材料选择、水质控制、腐蚀与磨损、结构设计等要点进行了介绍。

Abstract:According to the requirements of heavy load,low speed and high reliability for the lifting platform,the function of the hydraulic driving system is analyzed and the circuit of the pure water hydraulic system is designed based on the function analysis.The pure water hydraulic system is consisted of water cylinder control system and pump station system.The system adopts entrance throttle speed control loop and determines two speed control loop on the basis of comparison between traditional oil hydraulic loop and water hydraulic valves.Simulations are carried out to verify the stationarity and reliability of the system.The main points for the design and operation process of pure water hydraulic system are also introduced combined with this system,including selection of components and materials,water quality maintenance,corrosion and wear problems and structural design.
