摘    要:根据汽车中后桥壳加工工序的分析,设计了一种卧式组合机床液压系统。通过对液压系统工作原理的阐述,总结了系统的特点和需要考虑的问题,通过生产实践证明,该组合机床液压系统运行平稳、振动与温升都较小,工作可靠。

Abstract:According to analysis of processing operation about automobile rear bridge shell,the hydraulic system of horizontal combined machine tool is designed.Principle of Hydraulic System is introduced,characteristics of system and problems which needs to be considered are summarized in the paper.The operating result indicates that the hydraulic system of combined machine tool smooth operation,small vibration and temperature rises,reliable operation.
