| 摘 要： | 目前,国内16T以下叉车多路阀在门架前倾时,主机厂均要在发动机怠速时测试门架动作的稳定性。如果液压系统多路阀在倾斜阀杆内的自锁阀加工精度达不到要求,往往使得门架在怠速前倾时会产生打抖现象,严重时会使货叉上的货物落下,存在安全隐患。

| Abstract: | At present,when the multi-valve of the domestic forklift truck below 16T at the mast forward tilting,the OEMs have to test the stability of the mast action under the engine idle speed.If the self-locking spools of the multi-valve which in the tilt spools can’t be machined accurately,the mast will be vibrated when forward tilting under the engine idle speed.More seriously,it will cause the cargo fall down from the fork arms. |
