流化床富氧气化制取煤气的研究

摘    要:以一个常压流化床为反应器,采用膜分离技术制氧,对煤富氧-水蒸气气化制取煤气的特性进行实验研究,通过对试验数据的分析,探讨了两种不同煤种的典型运行结果,分析H2O/C对气化温度、煤气成分及热值影响,以及氧浓度对实验结果的影响。结果表明氧浓度的提高,明显增加了煤气的热值,氧浓度从21%提高到30%时,煤气热值提高了1.18 MJ/m3;在温度为920℃,氧浓度30%,H2O/C比为1,O/C比为0.8,煤气热值达到5.95 MJ/m3。

Oxygen enriched gasification in a fluidized bed for mixed gas production

Abstract:The characteristics of coal oxygen enriched-steam gasification in a fluidized bed for mixed gas production were tested.Through the analysis of the test data,the typical operation results of two kinds were discussed.The effects of H2O/C on temperature,gas composition and the low heating value,and the impact of oxygen concentration on the result of the experiment were anlyzed.The results showed that the low heating value increased obviously when the oxygen concentration improved.When the oxygen concentration increased from 21% to 30%,the low heating value increased by 1.18 MJ/m3.Under conditions of temperature 920℃,oxygen concentration 30%,H2O/C 1,O/C 0.8,the low heating value reached 5.95 MJ/m3.
