提高煅烧煤系高岭土白度的实验研究

摘    要:通过煤系高岭土的煅烧实验 ,研究了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、原矿粒度、助剂用量等因素对产品白度的影响程度。原料粒度在 62 5 0目 ,煅烧温度控制在 70 0~ 95 0℃ ,恒温时间在 2 5h左右 ,助剂添加量在 3%左右 ,产品质量稳定 ,具有较高的白度。

Abstract:Experiment research conducted on calcination of kaolinite from coal measure regarding the influential factors on whiteness of the final product.A calcined kaolinite with stable quality and relatively high degree of whiteness obtained on following operation conditions: fineness of feed below 6250 mesh,calcining temperature between 700~950℃,calcining time about 2.5h,and consumption of promoter about 3%.k
