摘    要:简述了煤气发生炉的基本原理和工艺,利用出渣冷却水的弱碱性中和酸性的煤气冷却循环水,建造一个炉渣冲渣水回收池,经冲渣水与循环水中和后循环利用,减少了设备的腐蚀性,延长了使用寿命,降低维护费用和提高安全性,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The basic principle and process of the gas generator is briefly introduced.Slightly alkaline of slag cooling water is used to neutralize acidity of gas cooling circulating water.A recovery pond of the slag flushing water is built.The neutralized water of the slag flushing water and the circulating water is reutilized.It has reduced corrosivity of equipment,prolonged service life of the equipment,decreased maintenance cost and increased safety of the equipment,and has better economic benefits and social benefits.
