近海环境下机加工车间工件防锈问题浅析

摘    要:为了提高近海环境下机加工车间工件的防锈能力,依据青岛发动机工厂的实际生产情况,对气候潮湿的滨海地区工件方锈问题进行分析。从钢铁表面的府蚀机制出发,研究缓蚀机制和方法,分析近海环境引起工件锈蚀的主要原因,针对青岛发动杨工厂金属橱蚀的特点,结合日常的生产经验,提出机加工件防锈的主要控制措施,对发动机产品质量提升和成本控制起到了重要作用。

Abstract:In order to improve the workpieee corrosion capacity under paralie environnlent, combined with praetieal production situation of Qingdao power train, the workpiece antirust in the metalworking industry in the coastal region was studied, Based on the corrosion mecha- nism of metal surface, the anticon'osive methods were researched, the main reason of workpieee corrosion was analyzed. According to the characteristics of metal corrosion in Qingdao power train, combined with the daily production experience, some measures to prevent metal rust were put firward, and it offers significant support for the quality improvement and cost control of the engine.
