多孔板用中强预应力钢丝研制

摘    要:用普通低碳冷拔钢丝经热处理,提高钢丝的强度,增加其延伸性,使钢丝能够更有效地满足混凝土预制构件的要求。试验结果证明,采用这种钢丝可有效地提高预制构件的各项技术性能,节省钢丝的消耗。

Abstract:he strength and ductility of low carbon cold drawn steel wire can be obviously increased by heat-treatment. The result of tests shows that the wire would be more effective to meet the requirement of prestressed concrete construction frame, and decrease the steel wire consumption.
