电站锅炉盐酸清洗中的腐蚀控制

摘    要:介绍了锅炉盐酸清洗不同阶段钢的腐蚀规律和腐蚀控制方法。通过试验研究,得出规律:(1)酸洗过程中影响腐蚀速率的工序是酸洗、酸洗后水冲洗和漂选.(2)酸洗工序中主要影响腐蚀速率的因素有流速、三价铁离子浓度;其中流速对腐蚀速率的影响最大,可使腐蚀速率增加10倍左右;三价铁离子可使腐蚀速率增加3倍以上。(3)酸洗后水冲洗工序中钢的腐蚀速率与酸洗工序中钢的腐蚀速率相当,应尽量减少水冲洗的时间。(4)为了控制漂洗工序中钢的腐蚀速率,需添加缓蚀剂。

Abstract:This article introduces the corrosion control during acid pickling of boiler with hydrochloric acid.The test results showed that:(1)The corrosion rate of steel is mainly affected by procedures of acid pickling,rinsing and flushing;(2)The corrosion rate is primarily affected by flow rate and concentration of Fe 3+ during acid pickling,and flow rate can vary the corrosion rate by 10 times,however Fe 3+ can vary the corrosion rate by 3 times;(3)The corrosion rate during flushing after acid pickling is more or less the same as that druing acid pickling,so the period of flushing should be as short as possible,and (4)The corrosion rate can be reduced by inhibitor during rinsing.
