摘    要:介绍了大同发电公司600MW直接空冷机组在生产过程中,锅炉汽包水位测量存在可靠性低的问题,分析了水位测量装置误差大的原因,提出了将汽包水位测量技术改为采用内置式平衡容器测量技术,介绍了实施情况。改造效果表明,采用内置式平衡容器测量技术后,汽包水位的稳定性和精确度有明显提高。

Abstract:In the operation of 600 MW direct-air cooling unit in Datong power Generation Corp.,the reliability of boiler drum's,water level measurement was low.Through analysis the cause of larger error of original water level measurement device was defined and the retrofitting scheme was put forward,i.e.,to adopt the built-in balancing vessel measurement technology to retrofit the original drum's water level measurement mode.The retrofit result showed that,after the buillt-in balancing vessel measurement technology was adopted,the stability and accuracy of drum's water level measurement were obviously raised.
