摘    要:就重整炉管给水段炉管破裂进行了分析研究,通过对破裂处的裂纹解剖、断口分析、金相分析、硬度测定及断口扫描电镜SEM的微观分析等手段分析了裂纹的成因,并提出了防护措施。

Abstract:Corrosion was a big problem in heat energy equipment and the cause of corrosion was complexity.The cause of cracking in reforming tubes was studied by dissecting the cracks, analyzing the crack's microstructure, testing rigidity of weld metal, analyzing micro-fracture in SEM. The results of those analysis showed that oxygen corrosion was the main reason of the reforming tubes cracking and the quality of welding was another important effect in this cracking. On the basis of this studying, some protective measures were proposed.
