| 摘 要： | 地下水资源超采、污染等问题,加剧了我国用水严峻的局面.针对地下水资源的特点,分析了我国地下水资源开发利用过程中存在的自然分配不平衡,超采、污染、浪费严重等问题,并相继提出了节约用水、加强地下水监测、加强污染监控、提高节水意识等治理措施.

| Abstract: | The problems of over-exploitation,pollution,and so on,to the underground water have made the condition of China's water utilization more serious.The disharmony between water and people has been an important factor restricting the harmonious society development.The characteristics and problems to development and utilization of underground water resources in China are analyzed,based on which the corresponding countermeasures are proposed. |
