变频器在空调水系统中的应用

摘    要:中央空调的冷负荷随环境温度和使用面积的变化而改变,定流量水系统的水泵电机基本是满负荷运行,形成大流量小温差的现象。针对这种效率低,能耗大的情况,本文采用变频器控制冷冻水泵电机运行,使冷冻水的流量与冷负荷成正比例的变化,收到良好的节能效果,经济效益显著。

The Use of Transducer in the Water System of Air-conditioning
Abstract:Coolding load of central air-conditioning is changed along with the change of environment's temperature and used area. The water pump electric machine of fixed flux water system is basically running full of load, phenomena of big flux and little difference in temperature are formed. To resolve the condition of low efficiency and great energy consuming, the article adopted transducer to control the running of water pump electric machine, so flux of chilled water is changed with the change of cooling load, and the change is direct proportion. We get good effect of energy saving, and economic benefit is very prominent.
