马来西亚巴贡水电站的溢洪道设计

摘    要:巴贡水电站是马来西亚最大的水电站工程,而岸边开敞式溢洪道作为该工程唯一的永久泄洪建筑物,具有自身的设计特点和难点。在设计中,主要利用1∶50比尺的水工模型试验,对溢洪道的引渠、堰闸段、泄槽的掺气减蚀、挑流鼻坎等的设计进行了研究和改进,解决了溢洪道的水力学、结构和高边坡等问题。尤其是长引渠应当注意渠内流速对泄量和下游流态的影响,以及利用下游地形特点,对比挑距、冲坑和下游防护等,优选了挑流鼻坎的体型设计,对于类似工程的设计有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Bakun hydroelectric project is the largest one in Malaysia.The bank open spillway is the only one permanent flood release structure that has its own characteristics and nodus in design.The hydraulic model tests with a ratio of 1:50 were executed in design to study and improve the shapes of approach channel of spillway,weir-lock section,aeration and reducing corrosion of chute and flip bucket,which has solved issues relating to hydraulics,structure and high slope.Particularly,attention should be paid to the impact on flow velocity in the long approach tunnel and downstream flow regime.By way of utilizing downstream topographical features and in contrast with flip distance,scouring pool and downstream protection,the shape of flip bucket has been optimized in design for reference of similar projects.
