防水树脂锚固剂的试验研究

普通树脂锚固剂在煤矿锚杆支护发挥着重要作用,但在遇水或者淋水的硐室中,由于水的作用,使得普通树脂锚固剂的性能降低,造成安全隐患。依据防水型锚固剂的基本原理,通过试验选择锚固剂的树脂类型、速溶剂、促进剂、阻聚剂的材料和配比,研究合成出新型的防水型锚固剂。经过试验对比,认为防水型锚固剂的性能指标均能达到要求,能解决在有水情况的锚网支护问题,提高安全系数。

Experimental Study of Waterproof Resin Anchorage Agent

General resin anchorage agent is important for bolt supporting in coal mine,but in watering chamber,with the action of water,the performance of general resin anchorage agent is deteriorating,and this can make dangers of safety.Depending on the basic principles of waterproof anchorage agent,the types of resin,speed-solvents,accelerant,materials and proportioning of inhibitor for anchorage agent made have been chosen based on experimental,and new waterproof anchorage agent is produced.By experimental comparison,the result tell us the waterproof anchorage agent performance and index meet the requirements.
