高考招生录取工作公正公平性探讨

高考招生是全社会关注的焦点。现有的招生制度、各省市的录取差异都存在着一定程度上的不公平。2005年江苏高考招生普通类实行平行志愿,是坚持以考生为本,进一步为考生服务、为院校服务的一项重要改革。这项改革扩大了考生的选择范围,降低了考生填报志愿的难度,使高校招生的生源素质更加均衡,有利于录取工作的完成,进一步提高录取工作的公平、公正性。

Discussing the Fairness of Enrollment in College Entrance Examination

The enrollment in college entrance examination is the focal point which draws the attention of the whole society. But there was inequality to certain extent under the existing enrollment system. In 2005 Jiangsu Province carried out "parallel wish" system when enrolling students from high middle school. It is a student-oriented reform which furthers the improvement of service for students,colleges and universities. It broadens the range of choices of examinees, reduces the difficulties when filling in the wish form, and balances the quality of student resources in colleges and universities,all of which enables the fulfillment of enrollment and the improvement of its fairness.
