钢板混凝土在隧道支护中的应用

摘    要:针对目前隧道支护方法中存在的诸多问题,提出在隧道工程中采用钢板混凝土实行围岩支护。介绍了新支护方法的施工工艺,并且从隧道施工的安全、进度、防水、承载力4个方面出发,与管片衬砌支护和锚喷支护进行对比分析,发现该支护方法能提高隧道的工程质量,加快施工进度,降低工程造价,为后续隧道施工支护提供一个新的方案思路。

Abstract:To solve the problems in tunnel support, we apply steel plate concrete as the surrounding rock support. Here we introduce the new support method, and compare the performances such as safety, progress, waterproof, bearing capacity of tunnel construction with the segment lining support and bolt-shotcrete support. The results show that steel plate concrete support, a new support, can be used to improve tunnel quality, shorten construction time and low the cost.
