钛合金窄间隙TIG焊技术及质量控制评述

摘    要:论述了钛合金窄间隙TIG焊的啮合强化效应机理和焊缝质量控制,阐述了影响钛合金窄间隙TIG焊焊接接头质量的因素。认为钛合金"变形和开裂"预防和"内部质量"控制是目前制约该技术发展"瓶颈问题"。加强对钛合金"内应力演化规律与变形开裂行为"及"凝固组织形成规律及内部缺陷形成机理"等基础问题研究可以有效解决瓶颈问题。

Review on the quality control of narrow-gap TIG welding technology of titanium alloy

Abstract:The meshing strengthening mechanism and internal microstructure control ol narrow-gap TIG welding of titanium alloy is discussed, and the factors influencing the welding joint quality are expound. We think that the prevention of titanium alloy "distortion and cracking" and the control of "internal structure and defects" are currently the two "bottle-neck" obstacles challenging further developments. Basic researches on non-steady state evolution and interaction behaviors of internal stresses and the forming mechanisms of rapid solidification microstructures and internal defects of titanium alloy are supposed to be strengthened to effectively solve the "bottle-neck" problems.
