摘    要:选用单片机C8051F340作为主控制芯片,光栅尺作为位移传感器,搭建成闭环控制系统,克服电机失步的影响。采用改进的逐点比较插补算法控制步进电机自由运动。实验证明,本平台能够以较高的精度平稳运行,实现直线和圆弧运动。

Abstract:With microcontroller C8051F340as controller and grating ruler as displacement sensor,a closed loop control system is designed to overcome the lost-step of the step motor.An improved pointby-point comparison interpolation algorithm is used to control the motor.Experimental results show that the platform can move in both line and circle track with rather high precision.
