| 摘 要： | 在企业安全生产、政府安全监察的双重需求下,自2000年以来,基于风险的检验（RBI）技术在我国承压类特种设备中的研究和应用得到了快速发展,本文按照技术积累、工程试用、法规引用、标准转化、全面开展和总结提升等六个阶段,对RBI技术在我国石化成套装置中的研究和应用情况,进行了系统总结,并对RBI技术在我国应用的未来工作进行了展望。

| Abstract: | In dual demand of safety production in enterprise and safety supervision from government, since 2000, the research and application of risk based inspection （RBI） technology has been rapid development in the field of pressure special equipments in China. According to six stages of this technology, such as technology accumulation, engineering trial, regulations cite, standard conversion, comprehensive development and summary promotion, this paper systematically summaries the research and application of RBI technology in petrochemical whole sets of equipment in China, and look into the future work of the application of RBI technology in China. |
