大型衍射光栅刻划机刀架导轨设计

摘    要:根据衍射光栅刻划机刀架导轨的精度指标要求以及刻划机的整体结构,设计了刀架导轨并建立了三维模型。运用ANSYS软件进行了刀架导轨静力学分析,分析结果表明,设计的刻划机刀架导轨满足其精度指标要求。

Abstract:To meet the precision requirements of cutter holder guider rail and the needed structure of diffraction grating ruling engine ,a cutter holder guider rail is designed .The 3D model of the rail is built for the static analysis with ANSYS software .The result shows that cutter holder guider rail can operate at the desired accuracy .
