摘    要:实体造型技术经过了二十多年蓬勃发展,任何对其现状和发展进行综述的试图都是困难的。本文把实体造型的发展分为两个阶段,即基于几何模型的造型(GBSM)和基于特征模型的造型(FBSM)。贯穿这两个阶段的四条线索是:增强形体表示能力、增强建模手段、增强重设计能力和CAD/CAM一体化。文章把实体造型的主要技术纳入一个统一模型,然后从设计过程的角度,就设计语言、设计约束、设计原型和语义信息四个方面分析实体造型的若干问题和研究方向。

Abstract:It is extremly difficult to review Solid Mcdelling for its flourishing development and various techniques. This Paper a temPts to outline the status and Perspective of Solid Modelling. Its development is characterized as two stages, i.e., Geometry-Based Solid Modulling(GBSM) and Feature-Based Solid Modelling(FBSM ), and there exist four threads improving the capability of models, enhancing model crnstraction, enhancing the capability of re-design, and integrating CAD/CAM. Most of the underlying techniques are involved in an integrated archetecture. Then emPhasing design Process and focusing on design languages, design constraints, design PrototyPes and semantic information, the authors discusses some Problems and research directions of Solid-Modelling.
