基于LabVIEW的水电机组振动监测系统设计

摘    要:相对智能化较低的传统仪器,采用基于LabVIEW软件为开发平台的高技术虚拟仪器,研制水轮发电机组振动状态监测和诊断系统,实现对水轮发电机组振动信号的数据采集与分析、数据处理与显示及结果控制与储存。对机组振动状态进行实时监测与故障诊断,及时采取措施将振动故障限制在允许范围内,这项工作对水轮发电机组安全可靠稳定运行具有工程实际指导意义。

Abstract:Compared with traditional instruments with lower intelligence and on the basis of the LabVIEW software as an advanced virtual instrument development platform, this study built up a monitoring and diagnosis systemof vibration stateof hydroelectric generating set.The systemwill realize the data collection, statistical analysis, data processing and control, data storage and display of the vibration signals of hydroelectric generating set. The system also monitored the vibration state and fault diagnosis in real-time so that measures can be implemented timely to limit the vibration fault in an allowable scope.The work to the safe and stable operation of hydro-generator units has guiding significance to the practical engineering.
