摘    要:采用脉冲电镀在Q235钢表面制备Ni-Cr-Mo合金镀层。考察了镀液组分对镀层组成、沉积速率、表面形貌、粗糙度、孔隙率和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,镀液组分NiSO_4·6H_2O、CrCl_3·6H_2O和Na_3MoO_4·2H_2O的浓度比为3∶2∶1、3∶1∶2和10∶1∶1时,镀层结合力较好,镀层组成差别较小;浓度比为10∶1∶1时,Ni-Cr-Mo镀层沉积速率最大,表面颗粒尺寸最小,粗糙度最低,孔隙率最少,耐蚀性最好。

Abstract:Ni-Cr-Mo alloy coating was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by pulse electroplating.Effects of bath composition on the coating composition,deposition rate,surface morphology,roughness,porosity and corrosion resistance were investigated.Results showed that when the concentration ratio of NiSO4·6H2O∶CrCl3 ·6H2O∶Na3MoO4 ·2H2O were 3∶ 2∶ 1,3∶ 1∶2 and 10∶ 1∶1,the coating had good bonding force composition difference of the coating was small.When the concentration ratio was 10∶ 1∶ 1,the coating deposition rate was the maximum,the particle size was the smallest,the roughness was the lowest,the porosity was the minimum and the corrosion resistance was the best.
