屏蔽主泵贫铀飞轮完整性分析

摘    要:为避免反应堆紧急停堆或断电事故中堆芯损坏,需要在屏蔽主泵电机上安装储能飞轮,为使其在有限的空间内产生较大的转动惯量,屏蔽主泵飞轮材料采用高密度贫铀合金金属材料。本文主要对贫铀飞轮的完整性进行了研究,从应力强度和断裂力学两方面对贫铀飞轮进行了分析,结果表明:在设计和额定转速下飞轮的应力强度和断裂强度因子满足设计规范的要求,并通过解析分析结果与有限元分析结果的对比表明应力分析结果合理可信。

Abstract:To avoid damage of reactor core in scram of the reactor or the event of loss of motive power, the flywheels have to be mounted on canned-motor pump to store potential energy mechanically. Simultaneously, shied pump flywheel is made out of a heavy depleted uranium alloy, which has higher inertia in confined space. The integrity analysis of depleted uranium flywheel is concerned in the aspects of structure strength and fracture mechanics. The analysis results show that the stress and fracture ductility are both satisfactory to the requirements of regulations under the rated speed as well as the design speed. It can be concluded that the result is credible due to the consistency between the results of analytical method and finite element method.
