摘    要:杂萘联苯聚芳醚系列高性能树脂具有扭曲、非平面全芳环结构,综合性能优异。杂萘联苯结构赋予聚合物耐高温可溶解的特性,解决了传统高性能工程塑料耐热性和溶解性间的技术矛盾。与传统聚芳醚相比,该系列树脂具有价格低廉、性能优异、加工方式多样等优点,应用领域广阔;目前已广泛应用于车辆船舶、电子电气、核能、航天航空、石油化工等诸多领域。本文主要介绍了含二氮杂萘酮联苯结构热塑性聚芳醚树脂及其纤维增强、颗粒填充等复合材料研究进展。研究结果表明,该类聚芳醚热塑性树脂复合材料具有优异的耐热性能、机械性能和耐辐照性能,拥有广阔的应用前景。

Reviews on Applications of High Performance Phthalazinone-Containing Resin Composites in Reactor Coolant Pump
Abstract:Phthalazinone-containing polymers are important members of high-performance engineering plastics with an attracting balance of many desirable properties, namely reasonable thermal stabilities, anti-radiation, high stiffness and toughness. They can be processed in many ways with low cost and excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperature, compared with traditional poly(aryl ether)s. A number of organosoluble phthalazinone-containing resins involving aromatic poly(aryl ether)s have been developed by our group. Herein, we briefly reported the recent progress in thermoplastic composites based on poly(aryl ether)s containing phthalazinone moiety, such as glass fiber reinforced composites and wear-resistant composites used in nuclear pump. These thermoplastic composites have excellent comprehensive performance, and have wide application prospects.
